I am an experienced, licensed clinical psychologist with expertise providing cognitive behavioral (CBT) and other scientifically-proven therapies to children, adolescents, and adults. CBT emphasizes the relationship between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. It focuses on learning new ways of thinking and acting that lead to improvements in well-being.
My speciality is CBT for children/adolescents. I collaborate with children, parents, and (when necessary) schools to develop the best solutions. Parenting consultation and support in conjunction with individual child/adolescent CBT or independent of a child's participation in therapy is a key part of my practice.
