Dealing with life's challenges requires a great amount of strength and courage. Whether for you or your child, sometimes the most courageous act of all is asking for someone to help you during the difficult times. My hope is to be this person for you as your therapist. Collaborating together in a non-judgmental environment, I will work to provide you with the support, empathy, and tools needed to take those first steps towards change.
My Clinical training/experience have allowed me to work in a variety of situations such as schools (including alternative), juvenile services, in-home, and outpatient office settings. In particular, my specialization in children and families allows me to address the numerous issues faced in childhood/adolescence and young adulthood.
My approach to therapy is individualized, as I believe each person's journey is unique and different from anyone else. As we build our therapeutic relationship, it will be my honor to assist you in developing and achieving the goals that can be difficult to reach on your own.
