Spravato® Integrative Cohort
Small group Spravato® (esketamine) treatment cohorts in collaboration with medical and psychiatric partners. Spravato® is an FDA-approved treatment for adults experiencing treatment-resistant depression or depressive symptoms that have not improved with traditional approaches alone. This model combines medically monitored dosing sessions with trauma-informed psychotherapy, preparation, integration support, and nervous system-focused care. Cohorts are intentionally kept small to create a calm, grounded, and supportive environment that allows for privacy, reflection, and therapeutic processing. Services may include: • Assessment • Preparation and psychoeducation sessions • Integration therapy before and after dosing • Individual psychotherapy support • Somatic, mindfulness, expressive, and insight-oriented approaches •

Small cohorts are intentionally limited to 3–5 participants maximum. Facilitated by master’s-level clinicians under the clinical oversight of Lisa Hollo, MA, ATR, LPCC-S.
