My 20+ years in working with situational and relational trauma has taught me a balance of compassion, guidance, and simply being "a real person", because that is what helped my own healing journey. I mix my sassy/swearing side with my spiritual (not religious) side, and often incorporate Spiritual Guidance tools to help shift how you feel about yourself.
