My practice is integrative and informed by post graduate training in: Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy(attachment work), Internal Family Systems(parts work), Coherence Therapy (creating transformational change), Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy(creating security and aliveness with partner), is more experiential than cognitive.
