I have specialized training in EMDR, I work with individuals—male and female, ages six and up—who have experienced trauma, depression, grief, anxiety, and everything in between. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Therapy in my sessions. When it's beneficial for clients, I enjoy incorporating a biblical work is requested.
I enjoy sitting with clients and hearing their stories, embracing all the emotions and feelings that come alongside those stories.
