About
Are you wondering if therapy is right for you? If you are seeking to understand old patterns of behavior, make a major life decision or transition, improve your relationships or recover from broken ones, and create the life that you really want, then working with me can provide the supportive environment necessary for change and growth.
I work from a psychodynamic perspective informed by the Jungian approach to identify conflict. I use mindfulness techniques to create ease and support change by listening to people's lives as a whole, not just their problems. Listening together, your meaning and purpose will expand, and I will support your movement toward growth and wholeness.
Expertise: Working with spiritual crises. Dreamwork through the Jungian approach. Experienced and affirming counselor in working with the GBLT community.
