I love my work with children, teens, and families. I am driven by my passion to help others discover their potential by using individualized methods to fit the needs of those I work with. I have found that many couples get lost in the day-to-day activities losing track of each others needs. I enjoy helping couples learn new skills that can help them reconnect and learn to navigate life stages together. Children and teens are faced with many societal pressures that can be challenging for adults to understand. By working collaboratively the discovery of healthy communication can benefit families.
I am dedicated to building healthy relationships for families and individuals as well as working with individuals to strengthen positive coping skills to manage mental health and promote wellness. I enjoy working with children and teenagers by providing a safe, trusting, and nonjudgmental environment.
My overall mission is to help empower clients toward positive growth and be able to effectively use coping skills to manage thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
