Your goals are of utmost importance and I want to help you find happiness and healthy ways to handle life's challenges. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults and am honored to hear your life story. I want to be on this journey with you to help you find your inner strength that is within each of us. My specialties include working with trauma, addiction, depression, anxiety and co-occurring issues.
I am trained in EMDR, IFS informed and use components of CBT/DBT as treatment modalities. I specialize in treating trauma, depression, anxiety and addiction. Every person has their story to tell and I try to give encouragement and hope to those who struggle to find it in times of despair.
