Hi I’m Lisa. I am a licensed mental health counselor in Florida who specializes in trauma. You may think you do not have trauma, but I have experience with working with all levels of trauma. I work with my clients to help them become "unstuck" in the patterns in their life that keep them from fulfilling the life, career or relationship they wish to acquire. I would be honored to help you process past trauma or difficulties so that you can move forward and live the life you are meant to live.

I teach my clients cognitive techniques that can be used daily to shift those unhealthy patterns that have kept you stuck, allowing you to make small changes that can ripple into bigger changes.
