Achieving joy isn't always easy. So many of us have experienced trauma and deal with depression, anxiety, panic, suicidal ideation, and other painful symptoms of imbalance in our minds and bodies. We want more from life than that. We want to form connections and experience joy. We want healing and balance in our lives.
As a counselor who focuses on the connections between mind, body, and spirit, I provide a therapeutic relationship in which I hold space for your natural healing to occur, listening to you with empathy and striving to understand your experience of the world. I invite your Self to begin the natural healing process in a safe environment.
I strive to be accessible to new clients and those who are uncertain about starting therapy. I have several contact options including texting, calling, and email, and you are welcome to use any of those methods to reach out. In addition, I offer sliding scale fees in order to lower the financial barriers to therapy. I look forward to hearing from you.
