I am trained as a transformational, person-centered, holistic art therapist and clinical counselor. Approaches I use include talk therapy, art therapy, sandtray, dreamwork, visualization, mindfulness and body awareness - finding that some image-based therapies access insights inaccessible through talk therapy alone.
I have 20 years experience helping adults work through communication issues, low self-worth, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, co-dependency, chronic illness, trauma and life challenges. I will use my professional skills to enhance our work together and find the unique methods that work best for you.
