Hi! As a therapist, it is my privilege and passion to work with individuals to overcome challenging relationships, life stressors or transitions, and loss. I believe in a collaborative, person-centered, and strength-based perspective. Through individualized treatment using an ACT approach, I work to empower clients as they take those first small intentional steps in choosing the life they want in the face of challenges or struggles. I appreciate the opportunity to walk alongside you and provide support as we work towards personal growth and a fulfilling life that feels authentic to you.

I enjoy working with adults struggling with anxiety, ADHD, depression, parenting/coparenting support, life stressors, and the transition to motherhood. I also have significant experience with children and youth on grief/trauma histories, ADHD, behavioral issues, social skills, and familial or social stressors.

My education and background is with toddlers as young as age 2 through adults in office, community, and school settings. Additionally, I am a Board-approved supervisor offering clinical supervision hours to LGPCs in an individual or group format. I also have therapists on my team (please see website) with compatible experience that can also provide support.
