Hi! As a therapist, it is my privilege and passion to work with individuals to overcome challenging relationships, life stressors or transitions, and loss. I enjoy working with adults struggling with anxiety, ADHD, depression, parenting/coparenting support, life stressors, and the transition to motherhood. I also have significant experience with children and youth on grief/trauma histories, ADHD, behavioral issues, social skills, and familial or social stressors.
My education and background is with toddlers as young as age 2 through adults in office, community, and school settings. Additionally, I am a Board-approved supervisor offering clinical supervision hours to LGPCs in an individual or group format. I also have therapists on my team (please see website) with compatible experience that can also provide support.
