I'm passionate about helping others find healing and wholeness. My goal is to help you understand yourself more deeply, find healing from the past, and live a rich and meaningful life. I will create an environment where you can breathe and let go of the weight you are carrying, drop the protective armor, and deeply examine and reflect on what is underneath. Together we can challenge old, unhealthy beliefs that have been holding you back and carefully replace them with healthier ways of relating to yourself and to others.

I'm an active and direct therapist- I try to be real with you and welcome you being real with me. Sessions involve a combination of processing events, thoughts and feelings, developing new and better views of yourself and the world, and experiential skills to help you navigate life more effectively.

With me you will always get honest feedback delivered compassionately and with your best interest in mind, radical acceptance of your truest self, and an appreciation for your unique goals and values.
