I am not currently accepting new clients. I have been helping adolescents and adults work through life issues, navigate barriers, and achieve health and happiness for over 15 years. Whether you are facing relationship issues, grief, depression, anxiety, a life transition or any emotional crisis, it can feel overwhelming to manage all of those emotions and stressors alone. I provide to you an open-minded, nonjudgemental, nurturing environment where you can feel safe to speak freely and explore these challenges and discover your strengths.
My approach is eclectic with an emphasis on psychoanalytic processes. In addition to treatment, I am also passionate about providing clinical supervision and professional support.
