As an EMDR therapist (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), I work with clients to first facilitate an understanding of how the past and present are connected, and then to resolve the past issues through memory work. EMDR therapy puts to work our natural healing system and produces lasting, robust change.
EMDR is a powerful, well researched method of psychotherapy for PTSD and interpersonal problems that are rooted in memory. EMDR promotes deep personal growth, learning and healing. I love this work and believe in the process as it is my passion and sole focus of study since 2016. My work with clients is very focused and collaborative.
