Hi there! I enjoy working with clients of all ages and backgrounds, and am passionate about working with teens, parents, and young adults. I have a love of parent coaching and parent support, with a goal of helping parents move towards growth and understanding of their children's needs, feelings and behaviors. I find it important to utilize strategies that are effective, compassionate, and respectful of the client's needs. Additionally, I believe there needs to be a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust and compassion. I utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques depending on the unique needs of each person.
As a therapist, my approach is supportive, patient and collaborative. I have several years experience working with parent coaching, autism, ADHD, sensory processing disorders, anxiety, LGBTQ+, and more. To guide my practice, I draw from experience providing emotional, social, and behavioral support within the school/work environment and home.
Additionally, I love working with young adult and adult clients for a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, family conflict, parenting issues, dealing with life transitions, adult ADHD, building coping skills, pregnancy, postpartum, and more.
