Every individual is unique, so, no one form of therapy works for all. Therefore, I employ a wide range of techniques to aid your healing. Your uniqueness will be considered in all therapy sessions. I am a certified EMDR therapist- to help clients with chronic pain and trauma. I am a certified EFT Therapist- the gold standard for couples counseling.

As a mother of 2 children, and wife for 27 years, life is never easy or perfect- but it is a joy to be raising my family. I am primarily a family counselor- couples, children and parenting issues. I also specialize in Trauma and use EMDR, as well as other modalities for healing. I am also certified to assist with nutrition as it relates to mental health.
