I offer an integrative approach depending on your needs. To treat my clients, I blend my training in psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, and family systems approaches with trauma resolution methods such as EMDR and Internal Family Systems models, two models for which I am trained.
I have worked in both out-patient and in-patient clinical settings for 15 years, treating clients with a variety of mental health issues. My specialization is: trauma and mood disorders. Currently, I offer strictly telemental health services.
