About
As a Jungian depth psychologist and dance/movement therapist I value authenticity, connecting with soul, the inner world, reconnecting body and soul, participating with curiosity in the flow of life, creativity, finding one's path, developing a compassionate inner witness, offering one's gifts, being present to what life brings.
I specialize in trauma-informed, embodied, Jungian psychotherapy. I'm a board-certified dance/movement psychotherapist. Using a depth psychological, embodied frame for our work will help us listen to parts of you that are lesser-known, may need more attention, hold answers, and can show us the way to go.
Going in and through knots of the body and soul with a good-enough guide can bring one into rich territory where the Self can be rediscovered and lead turned to gold. This was Jung's work, and it can be ours too.
