Lisa Fladager, MCAT, LMHC, R-DMT, CMA, Counselor in Langley
Together, we will work and play to understand, transform and heal symptoms, suffering, and questions that bring you into therapy. You will be listened to. Witnessed. Space will be created, and the right way of working for you will be crafted, allowing your process to develop and progress, moving you toward your soul's calling and your wholeness -- whatever your current circumstances.
I specialize in embodied Jungian psychotherapy. A depth psychological frame for our work will help us listen to parts of you that are lesser-known, may need more attention, hold answers, and show us the way to go. These lesser-known parts are found in the unconscious, your dreams, creativity, and your body.
I'm versed in Jungian, psychodynamic, attachment focussed, interpersonal, and transpersonal methods. I've been a dance-movement therapist for 30 years. In my practice I use Authentic Movement, embodied work, sandplay, expressive arts and of course TALKING...but nothing is forced or expected. I look forward to working with you!
