Alongside my private practice, I serve as a Visiting Instructor at Naropa University, where I teach from a transpersonal and embodied perspective.

My work is rooted in conscious healing—supporting reconnection with the body, the nervous system, and the divine intelligence from which we are not separate. Through embodiment, presence, and awareness, we listen for deeper wisdom beneath stress and fear. Healing emerges as trust and consciousness are restored.

I offer telehealth therapy sessions at a rate of $180 per 50-minute session. Many clients choose private pay in order to maintain greater flexibility, confidentiality, and autonomy in their therapeutic work. At this time, I am in-network with select insurance plans in Iowa and Nebraska.
