My passion is to instill hope by providing a safe space for people to grow and heal. I believe everyone has the capacity to heal inside of them, and it is my honor to walk alongside them in their journey to become stronger, healthier, happier, and more resilient.
I work with children and teens through play and art therapy to help them identify, process, and express their emotions; and adults through modalities including Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Client-Centered Therapy.
