My professional experience varies from working in healthcare to education and therapy for youth & their families. I now work with adults & couples who deal with sex addiction, porn exposure/addiction, betrayal trauma, depression, anxiety, PTSD, life transitions and stress. For couples, I work to identify negative cycles & facilitate how to remove them.
In today’s busy and disconnected world, it can be hard to distinguish between outside distractions and our inner monkey minds. The thoughts chattering noisily in our heads can lead to unhealthy habits, strain our relationships, and create toxic thought patterns. I work with clients to ‘quiet the monkeys’ with techniques and strategies to heal and thrive.
