I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has worked with different ages, cultural backgrounds, ethnic backgrounds, and socioeconomic levels. I consider myself versatile, resilient, and well-rounded, relating to others as well as open to learning constantly about my clients because I care about their well-being. I want to better assist clients in their journey with therapy, making it a positive experience.
I have provided support to clients with different issues, life event crises, traumas, and everyday transitions. I like being straightforward with consumers, yet with an embracing and warm open approach. Depending on the consumer's needs, as well, goals and cultural upbringing, at times it can vary.
Seeing others go through life experiences, events, traumas since a very young age made me more drawn to how these events affect people and how the same experiences can have a different effect. It is mind-blowing, but it is extremely rewarding to get to know someone and work alongside them and see changes that clients seek, and the hope is to receive as well.
