So much of our suffering begins not in isolation, but in relationship, within the bonds that shape us as children, partners, parents, and members of community. As a therapist, I create a space where we can gently explore these relational imprints, experiences of parenting, family, love, and even cultural displacement that continue to live in the body and the psyche. I work with people who carry the invisible weight of unmet needs, ruptured connections, or a sense of not fully belonging.
Together, we trace how those patterns shape your present relationships and your relationship with yourself. My approach is collaborative, curious, and deeply human. I draw from trauma-informed and relational frameworks to help you move from survival strategies into fuller, freer ways of being.
