Join a woman's trauma focused peer support group in as safe and supportive space where women who have experienced trauma can connect, share experiences and support each other in healing. The groups is emphasized by emotional safety, empowerment and mutual respect. Discussions may center on coping strategies, emotional regulation, self-care, and resilience-building. For convenience, this is a Virtually run group only.
