As a therapist, I specialize in complex trauma, perinatal mental health, and addiction. I believe every person’s experience—especially with trauma—is unique and deserves to be met with compassion, curiosity, and care. I take a deeply person-centered and relational approach, prioritizing trust and safety before moving into deeper therapeutic work. My clients and I work collaboratively to define meaningful goals, explore what’s getting in the way, and support healing in a way that feels empowering and sustainable.
I’m trained in a variety of trauma-focused modalities, including somatic practices, Internal Family Systems (IFS), breathwork, and attunement-based interventions. These approaches help me honor both the nervous system and the internal protective strategies that often develop in response to overwhelming experiences.
