My practice specializes in preconception care through parenting children to the age of 5. This includes reflecting on solo parenting, fertility struggles and loss, the use of donors & gestational carriers, support throughout pregnancy and adapting to the emotional, relational & identity changes due to parenting.
I work with individuals wanting to focus on finding relief from symptoms of stress, relationship challenges and struggling with current or past trauma. Often my clients have a feeling of fatigue, overwhelm, feel on edge, question their sense of self or parenting, and are experiencing a loss of joy or connection to others.
I provide empathic and collaborative care that guides and supports clients through the questions, challenges and goals that have brought them to seek support. I utilize a range of therapeutic approaches including attachment based, psychodynamic, behavioral and somatic therapies to tailor my approach to work with a client's strengths and their unique needs.
Seeking help can be uncomfortable, at first. By providing a safe space to work together, I help you look at what is challenging now, how patterns of thinking and early relationships and experiences may be impacting your life and influencing your manner of thinking and being.
