As a counseling intern, I work under supervision to provide individual therapy in both in-person and online settings. I am trained in trauma-informed care and prioritize building safety, trust, and relational connection in every session. While I welcome clients from all walks of life, I feel particularly drawn to those who are navigating life transitions, such as career changes, grief and loss, family restructuring, or shifting personal identities. Many of the clients I work with describe feeling: Stuck or uncertain about their direction in life, and are overwhelmed by the demands of others and disconnected from their own voice.
Our work together will be a collaborative journey, grounded in your story, your values, and your pace. I will help you explore your thoughts, emotions, and life patterns with curiosity—not judgment—so we can begin to uncover what’s keeping you stuck and what’s ready for healing.
