I utilize a friendly, collaborative approach in developing relationships with my clients. I feel that the most important change agent in the treatment process is the relationship between client and therapist. I strive to help my clients feel comfortable and safe, and help empower them to build skills to help manage stressors and overcome obstacles. I use a strengths-based approach to help my clients move from where they are to where they want to be.
My areas of specialty include: anxiety, depression, ADHD, & bipolar disorder; adolescent & adult substance abuse issues; parent training & child behavior issues; family conflict & divorce; treating adult/childhood trauma, including PTSD; and working with clients on issues related to self-esteem, healthy relationships, identity development, & goal-setting.
I work with clients ages adolescent through adulthood, and their families. I also work exclusively using TeleHealth (phone/video sessions). This is a great option for clients who cannot attend regular office appointments, due to busy work schedules, commuting times, frequent business traveling, weather conditions, parenting demands, or health issues.

Client Concierge Services offered: (1) Urgent Sessions (2) Check-in Sessions (3) Sessions that can be scheduled outside normal business hours, including on weekends and holidays (4) Longer session times (5) Between-session phone support. The goal is to offer therapeutically-relevant support to match current needs of the client. Because we know that not everyone needs the same type or frequency of support. These services are perfect for people going through big live events (divorce, breakup, death, family conflict, parenting challenges, or any other intense experiences), or who want more holistic or more frequent support from their therapist.
