While I work with clients of all ages, I have a special interest in working with seniors and their families who are struggling with the aging process, and in need of support and guidance.
My approach is tailored to each individual based on each individual’s unique needs that sometimes involves identifying strengths, building self-confidence and self-acceptance as well as challenging unhealthy beliefs and coping strategies in a therapeutic, supportive and non-judgmental atmosphere.
I strive to create a safe, caring and supportive atmosphere in which we can work collaboratively to explore and develop an effective program to meet your needs. I have been practicing as a licensed psychologist for 29 years and have great knowledge and skills to help you find solutions.
