I Breathe Life
I Breathe Life is a 10 week structured small group "Grief Counseling and Support Program." Everyone deals with grief differently. It does not matter weather you are grieving a loss of a loved one, pet, relationship, home, job or lifestyle, it is emotional suffering. Some recover quickly, while others take their time. Grief is a natural healing process, and there is no "right" way to do it. This program will journey with you as you navigate your way through the grieving process. The goal is not to forget, but to learn to live without. You will Breath Life again!
