You know you have the potential to live a happier life, but you haven’t figured out how. Old patterns seem to keep repeating and they are starting to look familiar. The challenge with attachment trauma, the kind of trauma that comes from being repeatedly hurt by someone who appears to love you, is that it impacts so many other areas of your life. It might show up in other relationships, stress in your body, the need to self medicate, chronic illness, and so on. The good news is that you can also learn to recognize warm, healthy relationships too and build a way forward that feels safe and refreshing.
Trauma, PTSD, chronic illness, and substance abuse impact a lot of women. Perhaps stress, pain, and boundary violations were part of your normal life and you learned to manage. You're ready to move out of constant survival and adaptation toward a life rooted in rest, joy, and peace is a profound transformation.
I am a seasoned trauma-informed therapist. I can help you reclaim your identity and purpose. If we’re working through difficult issues, I will hold the flashlight as we journey together at your pace. Email me today to start cultivating resilience and self-compassion.

Groups
Supervision for Art Therapists
Starting in August, 2026, I will begin facilitating online Group Supervision for Art Therapists seeking clinical supervision hours. We will meet 3 times a month to review cases, address ethical and workplace concerns, make artwork, and support each others' progress. I hope to create a comfortable space in which we can bring our existing knowledge as well as our curiosity and open-mindedness to learn from each other.
