I use somatic-based and Attachment-Focused EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I am an Advanced Pactitioner in Post-Traumatic Growth Somatic Therapy, a mind body approach and takes a bottom-up approach in healing instead of just putting a band-aid on the issue. I work on developmental themes, attachment issues, healthy relationships, and the nervous system.
