Relationships are central to human life and can be deeply fulfilling, but challenges can sometimes create distance or unhealthy patterns. I use proven techniques to help clients recognize patterns, increase self-awareness, and build practical tools for growth. Using a Restoration model that includes mindfulness, self-regulation, and attachment theory, I help clients see how disruptions in love and trust can impact their sense of identity and safety, often limiting personal and professional growth. By gaining insight into these patterns, clients are better equipped to move forward with intentional, best-self actions.
In addition to being an EMDR trauma trained therapist, I am a certified parent facilitator and family court mediator. I have a passion for helping adult individuals and couples (married or divorced) in the areas of marriage, parenting, separating, divorce, co-parenting, blended families, trauma, anxiety and life transition.
I encourage my clients to comfortably explore their challenges and develop effective strategies centered around relational needs and values. My goal is always to help those I work with create a harmonious environment where healthy communication, boundaries and emotional well-being can take place outside of my office.
