I am a seasoned clinician practicing for the past 24 years. I have extensive experience working with adolescents and adults treating anxiety, depression, mood dysregulation & relationship issues. I use evidence based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT Skills, EMDR and incorporate mindfulness strategies to help clients achieve their goals.
I also specialize in parent coaching with children that present with school refusal, social anxiety, academic stress, depression, and stress management.
