I am versed in many evidenced-based practices: play therapy, DBT, CBT, mindfulness, ACT, and tailor therapy around your goals and needs.
I have over 15 years of experience working with children (4+), adolescents, adults and families. I specialize in mood disorders, behavioral issues, ADHD, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss. I also enjoy working with women experiencing perinatal/postpartum anxiety and depression, parenting challenges, health conditions, and life transitions.
I am a compassionate therapist with experience in child welfare, community mental health, medical, and private practice settings. I use a person-centered insight-oriented approach as I work collaboratively to create a therapeutic relationship.
