Do you struggle setting boundaries, people-pleasing or perfectionism? I help people find relief from the effects of trauma and growing up in a dysfunctional family system. Together we will identify and heal the parts of you blocking your authentic self. Sometimes talk therapy isn't enough. I have specialized training in body-based techniques to help you learn how to regulate your nervous system and feel more embodied.
I have over 18 years of experience working with teens and adults. I strive to provide a healing environment where you feel seen, cared for and empowered. I utilize EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), somatic therapy, and attachment theory.
My clients suffer from eating disorders, addiction, anxiety, grief and complex PTSD. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore what is no longer working for you. Therapy is a collaborative process, so you get to set the pace that feels comfortable for you. I do not take insurance but can provide superbills for reimbursement.
