Together we will identify and heal the parts of you blocking your authentic self. Sometimes talk therapy isn't enough. I have specialized training in body-based techniques to help you learn how to regulate your nervous system and feel more embodied.
I have over 19 years of experience working with teens, college students, other therapists and adults. I strive to provide a healing environment where you feel seen, cared for and empowered. I utilize EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), somatic therapy, and attachment theory.
My clients suffer from eating disorders, addiction, body image, attachment wounds, grief and complex PTSD. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space to guide you through unpacking and reprocessing anything blocking the amazingness that already exists deep within you. I do not take insurance but can provide superbills for reimbursement. Sliding scale available.
