I have over 20 years of experience in a variety of settings. I work with individuals to address stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic illness, caregiver stress, and grief/bereavement. I take an individualized, holistic approach with each of my clients using evidence based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Solution Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Trauma Informed Care.
At our core, people have more strength and resilience than they give themselves credit for. I provide a warm, understanding, and non-judgemental space for you to do the hard work. My sessions are interactive and we work as a team. I want you to walk away from each session with a little more insight and understanding.
Each client is unique and my approach to therapy is based on their experiences and tailored to their specific goals. I believe that rapport and trust are of the utmost importance in the therapy space.
