With more than 20 years of experience, I work with teenagers, college students, adults, and couples facing a variety of concerns, including stress, anxiety, relationship issues, emotional regulation, parenting challenges, and life transitions.
I am a graduate of LeMoyne College in Syracuse, New York, and received my Master's Degree from Syracuse University.
I primarily specialize in Dialectical Behavioral Treatment and CBT.
