Hello, I am a clinical social worker & associate councelor. My master's degree specializes in children and family dynamics. I feel It is my calling to help people who are going through changes or struggles in life & have difficulty understanding or managing them on their own. Whether it's anxiety, depression, pain/grief, family issues or something else I can give you the tools needed to help you cope and work through the chaos that you have been struggling with. I also can conduct crises intervention and those suffering with mental health issues if needed. I can help you navigate through the healing process.
I use a client centered and supportive environment as a safe place for my clients to share their problems or explore their thoughts, emotions, or behaviors and to gain insights and learn coping skills that will enhance self awareness, relationships, and past trauma's. Clients will develop personal growth and purpose by learning a strengths based approach.
