Hello, my name is Lisa Criswell and I am a California Licensed Clinical Social Worker 118016. My goal is to create a safe and trusting environment for you to explore and overcome any challenges you face while providing the emotional support you need. I have focused on working with individuals in coping with trauma, anxiety, and depression to learn the coping skills necessary to become the best version of themselves. I have also focused on working with individuals through life transitions such as career changes, divorces, and the aging process. I love my work as a therapist and would be happy to be part of your journey.
I use an eclectic approach, pulling the most relevant techniques from evidence-based treatment to provide an individualized treatment plan. This allows me to tailor each session to the client's unique needs for more effective treatment.
I try to create a relaxed and comfortable environment in sessions with the client, so they are comfortable addressing any issues that they have.
