But sometimes those stuck points remain and affect your everyday experience in a limiting way due to trauma, grief, or simply getting derailed from your life purpose.
I have been in the mental health field since 2001 and earned my licensure in 2003. I completed EMDR training (Level 1) through the Institute for Creative Mindfulness in 2021 and completed further training in case conceptualization through Beyond Healing Institute. I have received first level training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy. 200 RYT.
Healing begins when a person feels seen, acknowledged, and heard. My office is a welcome and safe space for you to unpack all of the thoughts, feelings, actions, with no judgement.
