I am passionate about empowering you to be the greatest version of yourself. My experience includes working with adults who were raised in dysfunctional families, who have experienced trauma, who have developed addictions to substances and unhealthy behaviors, and have issues attaching securely in their relationships. I'm trained in EMDR trauma therapy and have experience with survivors of combat trauma, and sexual assault.
I offer telehealth sessions in the state of Tennessee. I'm happy to offer a free 15-minute video consultation to determine the best course of action. I would love the opportunity to walk alongside you, empower you, and inspire you to take steps to be who you were born to be.
