I have worked with kids, teens, and young adults as a nurse practitioner for over 12 years. I have experience with various needs ranging from anxiety, depression, eating disorders, ADHD/ADD, Autism, body dysmorphia, gender identity concerns, self-harm, suicidal ideations, sleep disturbances, behavior concerns, school issues, and oppositional defiance, etc. I now offer the above services to adults as well. I spend a lot of time with my clients getting to know them and their needs.
I offer psychiatric evaluations and medication management. I try to incorporate holistic measures into my care plan and work hard to keep medications to a minimum. I am easily accessible to my clients and want them to feel we are a team in their treatment plans. I am available in person or via televideo, whichever is easiest for the client.
