I practice from an integrative therapeutic perspective tailored to your needs, drawing from attachment theory, trauma-informed care, and AEDP(Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy),a somatic, attachment-based therapy that helps you safely process emotions and trauma within a supportive relationship, fostering healing, resilience, and lasting change.
