I've worked with adults, as well as infants, children and teens. Being a mom myself, I understand the importance of the parent-child relationship at any age. I've used play therapy, talk therapy and other ways to address many different childhood issues. Most importantly, I work to create resiliency and meaningful change.
Another area of focus is working with couples. I've received certification in Gottman's 7 principles to making a marriage work and Gottman's Level 2 Clinical training. This type of Couple's Counseling creates a deeper understanding of your partner, improves communication and helps to resolve conflict more effectively.
