My goal as your therapist is to support and guide you in navigating the struggles that you are facing. Areas that I have helped clients include, but not limited to: Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, stress management, and life transitions. I use a combination of support, empathy and understanding to create a safe space for you in your journey of self growth. Some of the techniques used in my therapy practice are cognitive behavioral therapy and person centered.
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and graduated from the University of Akron with a masters degree in Community Counseling in 2005. Areas I have helped clients include, but not limited to: Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, stress management, life transitions, decision making, grief, boundary setting and family interactions.
I am here to listen and explore options that will work best for you in a safe & open place. I use various tools and techniques but you will guide what will work best for you and your life.
