As a trained grief specialist, I specialize in grief and loss work with adults, teens and adolescents. I believe the relationship between a client and therapist is essential in creating personal healing. I nurture a trusting relationship where you feel safe to explore your thoughts and feelings with the reassurance that there is no one right way to grieve.
My approach is humanistic while drawing on theories such as Jungian, Gestalt, and Somatic Experiencing models. Together we will work towards understanding what works best to allow you to live a life filled with meaning and healing while creating your version of happiness.
